June 2026 - Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen signed a ground lease on a 0.9 acre pad site in the Manor Commons Shopping Center located at 11828 Ring Drive, Manor, Texas 78653. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant and Hutch Hutchings and Cole Brodhead of Edge Realty Partners represented the developer.
