May 2026 -Dutch Bros Coffee signed a ground lease on a 1 acre pad site at 7015 E William Cannon, Austin, TX 78744. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant and Sean Murphy of CLD Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.
