March 2024 - Dutch Bros Coffee signed a ground lease at 1805 Sidney Baker St, Kerrville TX. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant and Daren Pitts of Velocity Retail Group represented the developer in the transaction.
