January 2024 - Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen signed a ground lease on a 0.6-acre pad site at 13075 W State Hwy 29, Liberty Hill, TX 78642. Dave Burggraaf and Win Scott of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant, and the Developer was represented by Pierce Jones and Evan Deitch of Endeavor Real Estate Group.
