Military Drive and New Braunfels Avenue, San Antonio, Texas 78235, in the La Picossa at Brooks shopping center. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, and Joe Aycock of Birnbaum Property Company represented the landlord in the transaction.
