October 2022 - Dutch Bros Coffee signed a lease on a soon-to-be-constructed free-standing building at 9605 Menchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78748. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant in the transaction. The Embree Group will be the developer.
