September 2021 - A local development group has acquired 5.531 acres out of a larger tract at 19507 Farm to Market 685 in Pflugerville, Texas. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Buyer, and Jerry Smith of Mathias Partners represented the Seller in the transaction.
