August 2021 - Dutch Bros Coffee signed a lease for a 26,572 sf pad site at 201 N General Bruce, Temple, Texas. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant and Matthew Anuszkiewicz of STNL Advisors LLC and Michael Thum of The Retail Connection represented the Landlord in the transaction.
