March 2021 - Dutch Bros Coffee signed a lease for a former fast food building at the HEB Plus! Shopping Center, 1700 E. Palm Valley Boulevard, Round Rock, Texas and will open in fall of 2021. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant and the Landlord was represented by Travis Sawvell of JLL.
