March 2025 - A local developer acquired nearly 10 acres in two separate transactions at 13209 & 13233 Vista Rock Dr, Leander TX 78641. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction and the sellers were represented by Robert Fischer of Keller Williams Realty.
