June 2024 - Dutch Bros Coffee signed a ground lease on a 1.1 acre pad site at 6216 Ed Bluestein Blvd SB, Austin, TX 78724. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant and Nick Naumann of Weitzman Group represented the landlord in the transaction.
