September 2021 - A car wash developer has acquired 1.595 acres at the northeast corner of Gattis School Road and Winterfield Drive in Hutto, Texas. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Seller, and Adam Fike of Dovetail Commercial Real Estate and Peter Sampson of Southwest Strategies represented the Buyer in the transaction.
