July 2021 - Dutch Bros Coffee signed a lease for a 29,354 sf pad site at 2412 Texas Ave, College Station. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant and Mark Sondock and Andrew Allemand of Ironbridge Realty Partners represented the Landlord in the transaction.
