September 2020 – Scrubs & Beyond has leased 2,825 square feet at The Shops at Arbor Walk, in Austin, Texas. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant and Cole Broadhead of Edge Realty Partners represented the Landlord, Washington Prime Group, in the transaction.
