August 2020 - Popeyes Louisiana Chicken has acquired a 1.133 acre site from Mooney Glasgow, LP at 15295 IH-35 in Buda, TX. Dave Burggraaf of Evergreen Commercial Real Estate represented the Buyer and Barry Haydon of JLL represented the seller in the transaction.
